Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates.
- Conduct reference checks, coordinate background screenings, and manage the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, workforce development centers, and educational institutions to expand the candidate pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely placement of candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure hiring efficiency and process improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s values, mission, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Salary
$23-$25 per hour
